Meta Matrix Global LLP Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to monetary transactions conducted through the Meta Matrix Global LLP website.
Monetary Transactions and Liability
All monetary transactions carried out by the user on the site are managed in conjunction with our payment gateway partner. Meta Matrix Global LLP takes no responsibility for any payment discrepancies that may occur during this process.
Excess Payment and Review
Meta Matrix Global LLP retains the full right to consider and review a refund case if the amount paid by the user is in excess of the Application Fee or any other stated fee. We have complete authority to review any shortfall or excess of payment.
Application and Payment Deadlines
You are required to note your Application ID & Transaction ID provided by the payment gateway to furnish information or track the payment status of your application.
Any pending amount owed by the user must be paid before the application deadline for the selected college is reached. Any payment received after that deadline may not result in the application being accepted as a valid entry by the college. Meta Matrix Global LLP cannot be held liable for this, and no refund will be entertained in such cases.
Refund Process Time
It typically takes 30 to 40 days to process an approved refund and credit the amount/check/DD to the customer’s bank account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD Processing
All Cash on Delivery (hereinafter referred to as COD) payments are handled by third parties with whom Meta Matrix Global LLP has a partnership.
Application Submission for COD
In the case of COD payments, your applications will be submitted to colleges only after complete realization of the total amount for the transactions you have carried out.
User Agreement for COD
The user agrees to pay the total amount for a transaction when they confirm to pay by COD. A representative from our partner agency shall be sent to collect the amount from you. This representative will hand over a receipt and a copy of your application submitted against the transaction. Please do not entertain any person who does not provide such a confirmation from our end.
COD Risk and Recommendation
Any delay caused by choosing a COD payment mode may result in the college's application deadline being passed by the time payment is realized. Meta Matrix Global LLP does not guarantee that such applications will be entertained by the selected colleges. The user shall apply to these colleges using a COD mode only at his/her sole risk and discretion.
We strongly recommend that users apply via the online payment modes to achieve a quick turnaround and ensure timely transfer of applications to the colleges selected.
